With thirty years of experience as a public relations and marketing professional, Deb provides communication support for the firm, its clients, and key decision-makers on “the hill.” As an experienced media buyer and print broker, she is able to provide a host of resources for framing issues within the paid media realm.
Deb has been recognized for her endless amount of drive and enthusiasm. She brings to the firm a fresh perspective on “crisis management,” and her guidance on grassroots initiatives, opinion pieces and surrogates used to communicate a message has been called upon to resolve stalled marketing efforts for clients and area businesses.
As a former owner of an advertising agency located in the Pocono northeast, Deb has successfully created and managed marketing programs for financial institutions, medical practices, real estate firms, retail businesses and associations for profit and non-profit, alike. She enjoys working on political campaigns and has successfully navigated candidates to win elected offices in county elections. Deb is experienced in procuring grant monies for many of her “pet” non-profit associations including, The Wayne County Cooperative Agricultural Society, Hunters Sharing The Harvest, The Hershey Medical Center’s PA Vent Camp, The Miami Project for Spinal Cord Research and Habit for Humanity.
She currently serves on the Board of Johnson College in Scranton, PA and is chairman of its Human Resources committee. Deb is also a past Board member of the Wayne County Chamber of Commerce. She is active in her community she holds memberships and affiliations with cultural, local and trade organizations.
Deb is a graduate of Marywood University in Scranton. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, with a minor in Marketing Management and Communications. She is married to John Milliron and they live in Mechanicsburg, PA.
